Service Description

Class will take place September 11th, 2025 at the Orleans Casino NRS 118B.086  Continuing education of managers and assistant managers: Applicability; requirements; regulations; approval of courses. 1.  Each manager and assistant manager of a manufactured home park consisting of 6 or more lots shall complete annually 6 hours of continuing education relating to the management of a manufactured home park. NRS 118B.089  Continuing education of managers and assistant managers: Fine for employing manager or assistant manager who has not completed course. 1.  The Administrator may impose a fine of not more than $500 against a landlord of a manufactured home park who employs a manager or assistant manager who has not completed the course of continuing education required by NRS 118B.086. 2.  The Administrator shall, before imposing the fine, notify the landlord of the manufactured home park by certified mail that the Administrator will impose the fine unless the landlord, within 30 days after the notice is mailed, shows cause why the fine should not be imposed. 3.  If the Administrator imposes the fine, the Administrator shall notify the landlord of the manufactured home park by certified mail. 4.  The imposition of a fine pursuant to this section is a final decision for the purposes of judicial review.
