118B.070    Landlord to “deliver” to tenant the current provisions of this chapter.   The landlord shall deliver:
1.    To each new tenant a copy of the provisions of this chapter with the rental agreement at the time the tenant signs the agreement.
2.    To each tenant a copy of each provision of this chapter, which is added, amended or repealed within 180 days after the provisions become effective.
